“You left…? So where are you staying now? You got your own place and didn’t tell me? We could have been throwing parties,” he joked with a laugh and smile. “What’s up though…? You are special.. You should know that, Kitty.”
“Uh. Well. I’ve…been staying here.” She gestured to the park with a wince, not meeting his eyes. “I was staying with this guy for about a month, but he caught me phasing and didn’t…take it too kindly to having a freak in his house. So I left and haven’t found a place yet.” Smiling slightly, she glanced at him and raised an eyebrow. “If you say so, JT.”
He stopped short and looked at her with a serious face. Taking his hands out of his pockets, he regarded her for about thirty more seconds before speaking. “You’re kidding right? Here? As in the park? Alone with all these creeps and who knows what else?! Why wouldn’t you tell me?? Or Daisy?? You know my apartment isn’t too far from here… You could come and live with us!” He shook his head. “Come on. I’m not letting you stay here another night.”

He made his way back to the path and motioned for her to follow. “Always here?” He said in confusion. “Why? It’s dangerous out here. And I thought you lived at that mansion on whatever. Something about gifted kids…”
Chuckling softly, she raised an eyebrow and walked next to him. “Gifted kids. You make me sound much more special than I am, JT. Thank you.” Looking up at the night sky, Kitty smiled slightly and shrugged. “I left. About a month and a half ago, actually. I couldn’t live there any more.”

He smirked as she grabbed the book from him and shoved his hands back in his pocket. “Hey. I thought that was you when I saw you a little ways back. Didn’t know for sure until you tripped, though.” He grinned. “What are you doing out here in the middle of the night like this?” He asked seriously.
Sticking her tongue out at him, she tucked her book into her messenger back, rolling her eyes. “I’m not that clumsy.” She protested, reaching up to cross her arms over her chest. “I’m always here…well, up until last night. Why?”

JT kept following the woman and had to bite back a smirk when she fell. Yeah, that was Kitty alright. Just as clumsy and a klutz as always. He almost tripped him damn self and looked down at the ground to see what it was that his foot had gotten caught on. It was a book. He opened it and halfheartedly flipped through the pages without really bothering to look at them. It wasn’t long before he caught up to her. He looked down at her with a smirk. “I believe you dropped this,” he said in his deep voice.
Gasping loudly when she heard someone speak above her, Kitty’s head shot up as she prepared to phase through the ground. This was the last thing she needed, to be harrassed by some random man in Central Par-….Wait. Was that JT? Blinking, Kitty pushed herself up to her feet before taking the book and grinning at him. “JT! Hi. You scared me..”
He smirked as she grabbed the book from him and shoved his hands back in his pocket. “Hey. I thought that was you when I saw you a little ways back. Didn’t know for sure until you tripped, though.” He grinned. “What are you doing out here in the middle of the night like this?” He asked seriously.

Keeping her head held up high, Kitty took no notice of anything other than what was directly in front of her. If there was one thing she had learned in the past month, it was that when you’re in a situation where the outcome isn’t certain and anything you do could provoke it? Yeah, you just keep to yourself. Don’t acknowledge it. It may not be the smartest thing to do, but it was better than hitting it heads on. As she reached a curve in the trail, her ability to fall and trip over her own two feet kicked in, honestly, she thought that may have been her real power, and she toppled to the ground, wincing as her palms hit the asphalt. “Damn.” She muttered as she shook her head. Looking at her bruised hands, she paused before scanning the grounds. Where was her book? No, no, no, that was her favorite book! It had to be here somewhere.

It had been hours after she had finally managed to convince Piotr that he needed some sleep and that when he woke up, she wouldn’t have left again. Well….technically, she did leave, but she planned on going back! Sooner or later…maybe. It wasn’t like her to be so flighty, she didn’t understand it at all. Licking her lips, she shifted on the park bench that she was situated on, her eyes focused directly on the pages of the book she was currently reading. Because she was so into the words unfolding before her eyes, she didn’t realize the sun going down, nor did she realize the man staring at her from across the trail.
Biting her lip, she finally shook her head and glanced up, only to stop short when she saw him. Okaaay…that was weird. After a few moments, she pushed herself up and slowly began to walk down the trail, not glancing back to see if she was being followed.
JT made his way down the street with his hands stuffed in his pocket. He wasn’t in the mood to deal with people today. Daisy was at work, his neighbors were loud, and he was bored. Not to mention, a little worked up. He had been sitting dormant since he’d gotten the money and Ingrid’s estate. He didn’t need to work so he hadn’t been. Just couldn’t fin the motivation to walk into a store that Ingrid had called her own. Built from the ground up, business wise… How could she trust someone like him to run it and keep it? He just didn’t know.
He made his way into Central Park, snarling at passersby who looked at him like he could be a target. That was until he looked up and saw what looked to be a familiar figure on a park bench. Before he could get a good enough look, though, the petite figure got up and walked in the other direction. He followed. Was that Kitty? He asked himself.

*Scoops her up and places her on the bed, moving between her legs* Mm, I’ve missed this. *Bites down and reaches for the hem of her shirt*
You missed it? I’ve been stuck in an office for two weeks, how do you think I feel? *Moans and arches her back up into him*
*Takes her shirt off and tosses it who knows where* Guess who’s about to take a leave… *Slides his hands down her torso slowly and brings them back up to cup her breasts*

Oh good. That’ll make things much easier. *Grins and reaches to wrap her hands in his hair*
